Douglas joined in November 1995 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in April 2003. He was appointed as a director in April 2006, and Chief Executive Officer in June 2008. Douglas is married to Candice, and is the proud father of three girls.
Douglas heads up the company, as Chief Executive Officer.

Vaughan joined the firm in January 2003 and is a Chartered Accountant. He was appointed as a director in June 2011. Vaughan is married to Debbie.

Debbie joined in April 1995, has been the longest serving member of the management team, and is a Chartered Accountant. Debbie is married to Ronald and they have one son.
